They were always (since they joined) Death Angels (i believe correct me if i'm wrong) so I'm letting them keep what they already had.

-sighs- This is so hard to put into words...

For now on I don't think I'll tolerate ANY powers. (except for Ayame and Angel) Because they don't use them much unlike some members do. And because of that I want the roleplay realistic. So other than those two, no powers. I will make this a rule and post it so it's easier to understand later. But other than those two no one have any powers, you MUST ASK for permission first. Right now NO ONE can use powers just until I get this rule settled out. I've had too many problems with this power stuff. If you have any more comments or questions about powers and such plesae PM me instead of posting this stuff on Brad's bio.
